HIIT workouts are a great way to maximize on your time at the gym. These workouts can only be 10 minutes but will have you dripping in sweat by the end.

Here’s a quick 10 minute workout to try the next time you’re at the gym or even at home in your living room!

**Do each exercise at high intensity for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest**

  • Mountain Climbers
  • Push-ups
  • Squats
  • Crunches
  • Burpees
  • Plank
  • Jump Squats
  • Triceps Dips
  • High Knees
  • Lunges
