Ingredients:
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup chopped kale
- 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 serving protein powder (we used Clean Protein Powder)
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until combined and creamy. Add a few ice cubes if you prefer a thicker shake. Serve immediately.
