Morning Power-Up Energy Shake


  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped kale
  • 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 serving protein powder (we used Clean Protein Powder)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds


Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until combined and creamy. Add a few ice cubes if you prefer a thicker shake. Serve immediately.
