Yes, summer is finally here and that means it’s time to break out the swimsuits and pool floaties!

According to Readers Digest,

It is best if you don’t eat and swim- this doesn’t increase your risk of cramps, but a full stomach will make you short of breath. Alcohol is actually the biggest risk increaser in adults for swimming cramps.
